Awesome run from Blue Lake with Darren Bryn Gregg and Piret. Pretty easy pace most of the time. Was pretty keen to go hard later though when I didnt feel hung over anymore. Bryn pushed me really hard at the end was was awesome and we were flying!

6 x 1km Intervals at the domain on the grass/water. It was very wet but hadn't turned very muddy. 3 minute rests between each rep was heaps and and I felt to be recovering quickly. If it was warmer I would definitely have been keen for more intervals but I was cold and wet and have been a bit sick over the past few days so that was also on my mind. I Felt pretty good but needed a bit more of a push because the soft ground was tiring at times.

Bikram Yoga 1:30:00 [1]

Did my first Bikram Yoga session at Eastwest in New Market. Mainly just stretching and stuff but my heart rate was pretty high considering that I wasn't moving much.

And soooo much sweet! Didn't get the Memo about the second towel for having a shower because the town I used in the session was actually dripping when I lifted it up.
