A great run with James and Matt from Cascades car park to Lake Wainamu and back. Great solid run and Mat and James both pushed a great pace. My quads were feeling quite stuffed again and I suffered up all the hills. Had a few stitch problems and felt a bit out of breath at time when I was fiddling with my breathing. Spent some time in the River after to help the legs recover but still feeling smashed later on in the day.

Recovery type run at the Huapai Domain. Stopped because of stitch pains once. Legs werent fresh.

Top quality O training set by Matt on Telephone Track. Went to some of the coastal area which I had never been to before which was amazing. Thanks Matt for the very rewarding training!

Riding into Domain with BJ and Tom. Breathing didn't feel good at all

Summer Series at the Domain. Ran in my racing flats which was slippery at times but fun! I nailed pretty much everything which was good but I was suffering physically. Stitch pains hitting me pretty bad and my quads were very tired.

Auckland middle distance champs on a very cool area. Pulled up at 11 and walked back because the pain under my ribs was too much. I sat down for a bit and tried to stop breathing until it eased off. I wasn't on jogging too up until then too because I was worried it might happen
