Feeling tired like yesterday but not as bad.

Felt pretty out of control holding onto Matt and James and had no aggression, so I was just happy to follow for most of it. Made some terrible decisions towards the end and got back quite late and lost 140 points. Ended up 4th was I was silly after dropping Matt and James who finished 1st and 2nd. My logic to try to get more points with 20 minutes to go just doesn't add up.

Nailed my left ankle again and my right archiles was a bit sore the whole time.

Some random pains here and there mainly around my knees. They were a bit scary but seem to go away

PAIN. Moneghettis fartlek. My body must be really confused after having 2 days with no training and because I felt terrible! My whole body was very weak and trying to run hard was making my legs quite tight.

Recovery session. I was feeling a bit tired but good once I warmed up

Strength session with lunges weighted and weighted squats. Was quite a lot to do and didn't feel good doing any more. It is fun though

I was a bit smashed form just doing the strength and conditioning and couldn't do some of my routine properly because my hamstrings were too tired.

Set the treadmill to max on random and 10km/hour. I climb 1300 meters according to the machine and it felt about right. I was suffering at the end and felt very much at the mercy of the gradient graph. Cool heart rate graph at http://connect.garmin.com/activity/178711293.

Had a good stretch afterwards then went home to die.

Jumped in the pool for a 20 minute aqua jog. Was nice.
