No aggression again and never really got on top of the navigation so was all round a frustrating run but so glad to be out of Woodhill forest and into some different terrain with new challenges. The map was very good I thought and I hope I get another change to race on it when I feel better.

Right patella tendon is very sore now. I think this is from the down hills.

Glad it was easy because I was still brain dead, but then punched the wrong last control so maybe still half asleep. I pushed pretty hard at the end and felt a bit faster than this morning.
