Orienteering race (NM Staffet) 43:00 [4] 8.0 km (5:23 / km)

Very happy with today's race, up there and fighting it out, some small wobbles but doing everything pritty well. Tired on the sodding hills but no surpirsing after the last few days.

A vary good stable race. Just don't understand why am so far behind? But still satisfied and loads of great thing's to take and learn from this race, even if the result doesn't show it.

Fucking orienteering is so addictive and annoying.

Good stable race fast to the attackpoint and in. But fuck knows how they run so much faster.

Not really the best way to start a long distance. Binned 2mins on the first control. But went pritty good after that. But just feel like I had not full control of the orietering.

Nice middle distance training with good changing in direction. Just one small miss near the end. Body waking up so not feeling special but got better and better.
