V-Very easy with gaute, feeling pritty dog shite after last night.
2 PM

Trail Running warm up/down 24:00 intensity: (14:00 @1) + (10:00 @3) 2.0 km (12:00 / km)

Trying some more then normal 30-30's before, feeling pritty run down after last night, but felt better and better as i warmed up.

Orienteering race (NCup Middle) 36:00 [4] 5.7 km (6:19 / km)

terrain was just like the lakes or snowdonia. just hitting the controls not mega fast but no misses really. Very chuffed with 6th place, not to lonfg behaind carl and Olav.

Orienteering race (NM Natt) 1:13:00 [4] 14.0 km (5:13 / km)

Was Very sceptical befor as being sick all week wernt the best preperation. Just found a nice rythum and took very safe routes. Was very serprised with 10th.
