S&C 1:15:00 [3]

S&C circuit with running drills at end and lots of rollering out the back and glutes
12 PM

Running 1:25:00 [3] 14.7 km (5:47 / km)

Run round braids, craiglockhart and back to meadows. Had way to many layers on so resembled a beetroot but shouldnt complain that it is so warm!! :D Felt quite good - knee a bit twingey towards end

Meant to vsee Tess today but she was ill - next appoinment not until NEXT WEEK!!! :( Will start back with training as didnt feel any twinges on sunday and will make an extra effort to stretch and recover properly
