The guys were doing 5*1mile (400rec) but Coach gave me a cut down sharpening session. Racing National Leagues Final on Saturday with Donore Harriers. First time racing 5000m on the track since 2010 in the South Munster Schools when we ran a lap short.....so I guess technically first 5000m track race
