Back on track - 8*1km (~70sec rec) with the DH gang

Legs still a bit heavy from the weekend (and probably the 12miles on Monday and 21 miles yesterday) but got the session done. Just tailed Eric (for 6) and Lee for the whole thing and got dragged around. The email of the plan said 3:15 for the kms.....but as usual with this group it kind of is very very very very loose
