run with zac as far as the Ciarnach, then on to ballycotton, did hill laps in the village on barraack hill and then fought my way home throught all the bugs which were out in force. Felt relatively strong

new PB by 35 seconds so a good start to the plans for winter training. started off a bit fast but then settled back into my running did two solid miles on the hills and then a 5.45 up and down mile to the finish. Finished top 25 tonight again and felt good to be back moving fast. i put my time down to the new racing shorts, saving the extra weight
