jog across to the track with eric after the hills.

Running (Track) tempo 10:02 [4] 3.02 km (3:19 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Noosa Tri-8

Only a 10minute tempo ahead of the Munster Novice and u23 over the weekend. Just tucked in with the group and got a free spin, especially into the wind. Was mentioned that this is the kind of weather that Donie type athletes are made in and im pretty sure i could feel a little mexican moustache starting on the top lip!

Recovery 10miler after the weekend. Miserable weather but luckily a kind truck driver ploughed straight through a puddle and soaked me instead of simply going around it which made the run wetter for one thing

Running (Road) warm up/down 15:00 [2] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Talon 212 (2)

nice long warm up to be ready to go

Orienteering ◪ race (All Army) 55:58 [5] *** 9.11 km (6:09 / km) +343m 5:10 / km
spiked:14/15c shoes: Inov-8 Talon 212 (2)

Not the most inspiring course with lots of dog legs. Ran clean except for 7, extra unmapped bunkers confused me looking for my one, and number 12 which was in the wrong place and when i mentioned this i was told that no it wasnt and i was the only person to say that so i must be wrong (i was right). Got the individual win from a guy who ran his brigade here 3weeks ago which wouldve been a nice advantage and dad came in 3rd. 1 CIS took the team honours for the day aswell so not bad. Medal ceremony mix up aswell wasnt great

Running (Road) warm up/down 2:30 [2] 0.5 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Talon 212 (2)

up to the car, sorted kit and hit the showers.
