Note

Heading back from the lakes. Didnt do anything big on the results lists really but with 2 weeks off after woc thats to be expected. Did double training days and clocked over the 100km and 12hr30 in the 6 days (including rest day). Back into easy running for the week and then off to norway for another training camp, hopefully with maps for sprinting from Oystein.

Last starter and struggled running on the wet slippy LS pavement out in the terrain. Fun area but tired legs as well. Last 3controls were cancelled when i got to the finish for some reason, the man made feature was a tripod type thing made of sticks but was in the right place and then and un-tapped uphill finish to a small crag was a bit strange
