Was supposed to be doing a mile race/TT tonight......not gonna happen as it still is kind of sore to walk but improving with all the anti-inflammatory and painkillers

Jogged the warm up loop but avoided the steps. Fairly tender on the move :/

Track laps after watching the mile race that was on tonight. Not too sharp a pace from what i expected about: 66,72,73,67 to give a dead heat between the first 2 of 4:38
When bring gear downstairs to wash i slipped and whacked by lower back area off the corner of a step. Bit of time on the ground, shuffle to a bed to ly down then propped on pillows at the couch. Cant really move to freely but got better as the day went on. Will probably still be sore come the weekend
