Jog with Roar, Aine, Olivia,Niamh and Zac to the start of the World Cup race. Only did a section of the womens course. Mostly clean but i was going slow again. Tricky stuff out here

First training in Sweden though so it was worth it....kind of

Only did a few controls and trying to figure out the mapping. Sometimes tricky to spot the difference between the yellow and grey sections. Very very different to home but a good test. Went slow to focus on the nav side of things (and to not aggravate the injury too much early doors)

Still pretty tender after physio yesterday. It didnt feel as bad during treatment.....but it does now.

Spent the day playing with some data for my thesis and testing some concepts out.......none are perfectly suited
