Another hour in the legs. Lap of mardyke walk, laps of the track, mardyke walk lap and then once around the pitch with dadosh after his run.

Starting to put some plans in place with Donie for the season.

Got back to Lahti after the overnight boat and snoozed till about 5pm, then foraged for food, sauna and more sleep. Fairly whacked after the weekend of travelling
