Back in the AP world again!!

Out of the office with my phone in my spibelt incase there are any issues with samplers today. Another day being in charge of the project.

More respectable if still slow time this week. Had someone to play with at the front of the race. He was stronger on the flat and got ~30m gap at one stage. Started closing on the first loop of the hilly trails. Caught him before lap B2. Ran together up the first climb where I put in a few burst, got a gal just before the hilltop and it only grew from there. Took 15sec or so in the last 500m. Another very enjoyable parkrun even if it was wet!

Has been a long week and needed some head clearing. Went and did a short sprint course around the IDA Athlone map. Nice enough area. Had a cheesy hits playlist on Spotify to kee me going!

No SHI this year, only good enough for reserve. Looks like Finnish Sprint Championships in Helsinki in early September is the goal to train for at this stage and Raatojuoksu 20km mass start in November.

Short AIT laps, looking at more run and workout options close by.

Found a good short sharp hill to do some repeats on when I'm a bit faster, fitter, stronger and less pudgey.

Did 2 sprint course around AIT with a jog between both. Some map updates to be done but mostly a nice area with some good routechoice potential and fast terrain! No security issues either if you just run fast enough that they lose interest!

Spotted by P.Higgins, maybe a WEGO transfer on the cards?
