6 laps of AIT in the showery sun. Planned to try keep it consistent tonight and loosen out a bit. Long day at work with lots of GPS "anomalies", which is a very polite way of putting it! Looking forward to heading south this weekend, for the first time since early June I think!

Bit of water and then back over to the pitches for some core work again, still in the early/gentle introduction stages. Crunches, bicycles, plank and variants, mountain climbers and twist sit ups too. Finished with calf raises till failure again.

Another day of Data Manager training then out for a run before dinner. Calves tender after doing calf raises till failure yesterday evening. Solid pace again and good playlist on Spotify. Some coach was standing near the short sharp hill with what looked like an intermediate runners group who kept watching me up and down the hill and checking his watch every time I passed.......I wonder if AIT have any good courses starting in September?

No work till 10am tomorrow. GPS and Arc side of the job, a doddle, excel and microsoft access.....not so much

Got all of Galway Windpark finally finished, big milestone for the project. Home and some Data Managing training for the evening before getting out for a short foot tester. Ended up getting excited and running quite fast, faster than I intended.

Jogged over to the pitches with SAB to do some core work......turns out I am very lacking in the core department. Should get another one of these done on Wednesday, make a bit more of a habit of it so I can run well on soft ground
