Alarm off at 0630 and out the door at 0700. Had by good deed for the day but 0707 after helping someone visually impaired down the hill and across the roads. Good chat and he was telling me some details about the park, apparently you used be legally able to shoot someone in there in a duel in the past. Office is quiet at this hour.

No milk in the OSi canteen so a mug of porridge made with water.........gonna remember my own milk for tomorrow.

Think a few of us are going at lunch to mark out 400s on the 15 acres XC lap.

4 miles at lunch with some of the OSi gang. Round the Furrey Glen, up Acres road and Chesterfield and back to the office. 4 of us out which was nice, good for a natter. 1 guy from I.T, 1 from marketing and myself and John from SDU

Worked up some extra Flexi and then sauntered home through the park slowly on the grass. Guy in a DFO jacket ran past me twice, assuming it was c.hill but I had earphones in and was in my own world.

Lap of the park with zacosh. Into the park, around the Magazine Fort, Hospital, through the Furrey Glen, behind the OSi, past Ashtown gate and through the gap between the zoo and around the Polo ground. Through the Peoples Garden and then back up Arbour Hill.

Test running the IJS training for next month after they do the TT with zacosh and Josefine. All in it will probably be a little over 12km in the park if they do the whole thing. Have to move one control only so not too bad. The line-o was bumped out a bit because of about 100 deer standing in the way.........couldve been good Jukola mass start practice if we got them to dash.

Still a bit mawky. Trying to get an email sent around to staff in OSi about jogging at lunch times is proving more difficult than anticipated because of insurance.......seems a much more complicated process than I thought...
