IJS training session, wore to many layers and was sweating like mad. Good fun and everyone seemed to enjoy it, even if all the Juniors looked wrecked at the finish! I think that’s the sign of a job well done.

First 20miler of the year all alone in the park. 90% of the people in there today were runners. Paths really slippy and slushy. Aimed for 5min/km pace so I got close. Knockmaroon Hill and Chapelizod Hill road are pretty steep I can confirm.
