Holmenkollen morgon løp up to Oslo Vinterpark on the road. Quiet on the way up except for a baby deer and then on the way down there were a few cyclists on the climb. Found some stairs to run up near the ski jumps. Then just touristing around the Ski Jump area before heading back to the hotel for buffet breakfast and fill your boots time!

Checking everything is how I left it.

God England got lucky in the CWC final. Instead of needing 7 off 2 they needed 3 off 2 thanks to a bounce off the bat on the throw to the keeper going for 4. Even with that based on the rules it should have been 4 required off 2 but England got a bonus run here..2 CWC final loses out of the last 2 for NZ

Loop around Liffey Valley and Ballyfermot with a shop stop at Tesco to have stuff for lunch tomorrow. Nice evening out, had to do over 12.4km for my ego to just tip over 100km for the week again
