Nice Sunday long run with Craig, Stephen, Shane, Neil and Kieran B in the park. Lots of groups out marathon training, T-13 weeks now I believe. Home via the War Memorial Gardens. Good week training (182.1km) on the back of the 5km PB. Now to tone it back again for a few more weeks!

Had some jellies in my pouch but the Hüma Gel Apple and Cinnamon was plenty to keep me rolling!

Happy with that pacing this evening and felt good during it all considered, bit hot and sweaty out there but I’m sure I’m not the only person to make that astute observation!

Legs feel the better after this and a bit freed up, nice to stretch them out without too much stress. Kept mainly in tempo which was the orders.
