Church of the Sunday Long Run with Marti Pellow
It was wet, wet, wet!!

Loop in around town and then up through the park. Surprisingly not that busy at this hour of the morning. Got drenched coming into Stoneybatter and it didn’t let up for a good 20/30mins. Would’ve been drier jumping into the Liffey. Passed a good few runners in the park as I was finishing up!

Listened to the Italy v Namibia match and then home for Ireland v Scotland and England v Tonga (If I dont fall asleep on the couch)

HRM went ballistic when the rain came and I guess messed with the sensor, it was not in tempo zone for sure!

Breezy morning with a headwind up the hill both times which wasn’t particularly fun and did dent progress. Legs didn’t feel too bad, David came with me but I got a gap early and was alone for most of the run. Nice morning to be out and about and a good crowd.
