Had to go in to the office to get an update sorted on my VDI.

Just didn’t break for lunch so I could go the longer route to the office and then home what was the usual run-mute with that time.

Pacing Riina during her workout of 5 * ~850m (2min rec) down in Waterstown Park. Original plan was 800s so I stopped early on the first and she kept going, working between 2 life ring poles at either end of the bit by the river. Paces between 3-5km but maybe closer to 3km pace. Working towards first leg for Rovaniemi Jukola next year!
