Munster schools today. Still feeling a bit of pain in the ankle but not unbarable. But will be wearing a support for a few days anyway

Went over on my ankle going to 4 on rocky ground and hobbled the rest of the way. It was a running course but I could only hobble. Really pissed off. But I am away on a geography trip so a few days of rest before the jk to allow it to heal.

Race didn't go great weather was crap map scale was 1-7500 when it should have been 1-5000 training kites thrown on the deck which meant you couldn't see them unless you stood on top of them and even then you weren't deffinately going to see them

Went over on my ankle at control seven and heard a crack and a few clicks. Hobbled on but when I checked my ankle at home it was like a balloon. Really swollen so enforced rest day tomorrow

Happy enough 3rd under 20 so not a bad run. It was seriously hot though kept taking water and drenching myself to keep cool
