First race on ankle felt ok but didn't push too hard fairly happy though took 36 seconds of my pb after 3 weeks of no training

Note

Exams until Irish three day. So no real training until the bank holiday weekend and then m21L will be a good test

Exams starting on Wednesday so training is taking a back seat until the Irish 3 day. and then I plan to crank up the intensity and get my body and mind ready. But exams have to finish first
