Day off today because I'm going out to ballymaloe tonight to celebrate my birthday with my family. No time between work and food! Then on saturday I'm having a beach party but plan to get up early watch the Ireland match and then get on the bike, again! Felt pretty great after yesterdays ride and no stiffness today. Plan to get back running on Sunday and then do a run and light cycle daily until about a week from eyoc and then ease back and keep training but get my mind right too. Already addicted to training again

Going for another cycle today maybe a bit less but maybe a bit more cause it's my birthday but probably won't go to easy
