Course length, 12.4km climb 620m, finished 2nd.

It was a good course but had too much climb, but i think it had the least climb per KM compared to other courses with 50m/km, the W21L had 58m/km which is a bit much. My navigation improved a lot over the last few years considering i did a course in carlingford in 2004 in 1hr40mins, but still have a few kinks to iron out, it's when i get close to control is the problem. Well done to seamus who win be 4mins.
