Marathon pace run: ran around track, pace was comfortable but not easy
definately couldn't run this pace for that length of time last year!

cool down run and stretch

Then did 100 unassisted sit ups with medicine ball: on the way up I extended my arms to give my shoulders and core a more intense workout
