easy run on flats and down hills. Pushed on the up hills.

Did this on the Falcon Loop. Wished there were more rolling hills or I could have pushed myself harder. I guess I was making sure I wasn't losing form on the up hill runs.

Max speed 06:31 pace to 50 minutes time on treadmill

Last 10 minutes was set at 07:30 pace

Army PT

Did a string of push ups and ab work. Nothing too challenging

Did several running drill sets @ 50 yards for 15 minutes

Finished with 15 minutes easy run focusing on form and cadences.
