I set the the TM on Random Hills at the highest level at 5.5 speed.
I had a Power gel every 20 minutes along with Succeed caps every hour or half hour. Also consumed 2.5 liters of water cause it was hot in the cardio room.
I was good for 1.5 hours but started to run out of gas and started to back off alot. I did a hard leg and core with some running on Friday which didn't give my glutes enough time to recover for my Sunday long run.
Probably take Monday off to recvoer not sure yet.
