25 minutes on TM at 6:50 pace

1:40:00, easy pace @ 8:20 pace

25 min @ 6:50

Running on the TM for that length of time really stiffened me up. Felt like I ran 40 miles. Good training though....also good training with pain threshold.

9:00 mile pace @ 10% incline, 1 min up and 1 min flat for 30 minutes
My performance or energy was down for the easy training. Should have waited at least one day after my hard cross training workout on Wednesday.

because of my cross training on Monday, I didn't go faster than 6:00 mi pace in fear of getting injured. It was very productive none the less!

50 floorwipers @ 135lbs barbell

50 single arm clean and press with 35 lb dumbbell

50 box jumps @ 2.5 feet

50 push ups

50 pike ups with swiss ball
