Treadmill run long 4:00:00 [3] 22.0 mi (10:55 / mi)
ahr:124 slept:7.0

Ran on the TM @ 10:00 pace and up hill walk for 20 min. Divided each hour into 40-20. 40 min run and 20 min up hill walk @ 10% incline (3.5 speed)

I was consevative on the speed because wasn't sure how my body would react to being on the TM that long (much different than running outdoors)

Average HR was 124.

Consumed almost 5 liters of water, 3 power gels per hour and 1 Succeed cap every hour. Peed every hour on the hour...

The whole experience wasn't as bad as I thought. I have a tv on the TM to distract my mind from looking at the clock...when I finished wasn't hurting...could have gone much longer or harder...

Easy run ( 8:19 pace) for 30 min; up hill @ 5% incline ( 8:45 pace) for 30 min; back to 8:19 pace, flat for the last 30 min.

15 min of walking, incline walk and running....alternating every 15 min until 1.5 hours has elapsed.

9 AM

TM Run 1:30:00 [4] 11.0 mi (8:11 / mi)

alternated with easy pace of 8:19 pace, 1 mile to 7:18 for the other mile.

5 PM

cross training (Upper body and Core) 45:00 [3]

started out with a few sets of pull ups

1st set: 30 reps
2nd and third sets was with a 25lb dumbbell between my legs
4th set: negative set at 10" for each position

Floor wipers: Upped the weights to 185lbs barbell for 50 reps

Curcuit Training: twice through, timed with 60 break in between each group

50 box jumps at 24 inches
50 push ups
50 pike up with swiss ball ( alternating between hands and feet getting the ball)

first rotation was done in 5' 08"
second rotation was done in 5' 44"
