Ran on the TM @ 10:00 pace and up hill walk for 20 min. Divided each hour into 40-20. 40 min run and 20 min up hill walk @ 10% incline (3.5 speed)
I was consevative on the speed because wasn't sure how my body would react to being on the TM that long (much different than running outdoors)
Average HR was 124.
Consumed almost 5 liters of water, 3 power gels per hour and 1 Succeed cap every hour. Peed every hour on the hour...
The whole experience wasn't as bad as I thought. I have a tv on the TM to distract my mind from looking at the clock...when I finished wasn't hurting...could have gone much longer or harder...
