Treadmill run 1:45:00 [3] 13.0 mi (8:05 / mi)
in the 1:45:00 time I mixed in 5X1 mile repeats ( 6:53 pace) My training schedule said 5X5 at LT pace (6:55) mixed in. Missed that detail when I did my training. oops. Consequently it was tough! I consumed gels about every 20 minutes and drank 2 liters of water in that time. I was soaked more than usual. I am eating a lot too...
