The air quality was better today so I decided to run outside. Carried a liter of water with me. The desert air can be unforgiving! Nice change of scenery than the treadmill

100 box jumps at 24"; 100 static lunges (50 ea leg); 100 pushups and 100 seconds of static push up. Repeat 3 times!

It took me 40 minutes to complete all of it. Ran of time and couldn't move onto more curcuit training...next time!

Treadmill run 1:45:00 [3] 13.0 mi (8:05 / mi)

in the 1:45:00 time I mixed in 5X1 mile repeats ( 6:53 pace) My training schedule said 5X5 at LT pace (6:55) mixed in. Missed that detail when I did my training. oops. Consequently it was tough! I consumed gels about every 20 minutes and drank 2 liters of water in that time. I was soaked more than usual. I am eating a lot too...

I ran 7.7 speed on the tread mill for most of the hour. I was hardly breathing and my average HR was only 140. I tested other TM to make sure mine wasn;t broken and they all read the same results...I guess I am getting fitter and stronger...
