Still can't find my GPS watch...

this long run I pictured myself doing a hundred miler and when I approached a hill I would always asked, would I run this during such an event? If I answered no, knowing full well that it would wear my body down further if I decided to, then I walked it. I did a lot of walk/hiking up...

With that in mind, I was able to do Waldo Cayon, Long Ranch Rd to Barr Camp, back down to Barr Trail to No Name up another trail that I cant remember, it spit me back on Long Ranch Road...down....back to my car at the Waldo Canyon parking lot. I had to leave at 1200 to go to work.

I am glad Barr Camp has a water filter to rent. with as much water I drink along with my Cliff Shots, I only have a little over 2 hours worth of water.

Falcon Trail ..... hill fartlek run. felt strong through...really charging up those hills...I think I have fast twitch fibers....

Track and Field competition with 30 others Soldiers.

100 Meter race : 1st place...11 sec
3000 Meter race: 1st place... time unknown...
running long jump... 1st place
shotput.... place and distance unknown, but passed for the German Armed Forces Badge.... 12 mile ruck march with 33 pounds pak next week.
Too sore to do assigned speed workout.
