Sante Fe Trail run...alot more energy this time around from the last training run for 2.5-3 hrs

Ran up Rampart Range Road for 34 min (until I reached the point where CRUD turns off...I ran hard enough that I could keep this higher intensity for an hour if I needed too.

Ran back down easy, allowing gravity to pull me.
Stretched.

Ran 80%, walked 20% for the last event of the German Armed Forces Badge. 12 mile ruck march with min. weight to carry 33 pounds.

Came in first place....

No hip issues afterwards...

4X 5:00 of LT pace; average 6:30 pace with 2 min easy run in between.
