Long Range Road, Barr Trail to top of Pikes Peak ( stay up there for 15 minutes to eat and chill) the was a lot of snow 1.5 miles from the top which really slowed my progress down. Had to to some bushwacking...

End, got back to the car. no G.I issues. temp was in the 80s.

Marathon Pace Run 1:32:00 [4] 11.3 mi (8:08 / mi)

started 5 min out slow to get warmed up and then increased desired pace. did two 45 min loops. It had some hills (not too bad though)

took one, 22oz water with Heed.

starting weight: 158.2
end weight: 156.4

drank two, 16 oz of water to bring weight back up ( 158.4)

I did the most: Min 13- 13 burpees to tuck jumps...
