easy run with hills long 3:20:00 [2] 18.0 mi (11:07 / mi)

Tullis State Park: Mostly ran on hard packed access roads that had some climbs. Much like what i might be experiencing at VT100. kept easy and "fun". The park is about 2 hours from home.

running on semi-rolling hills (trails) did a serious of hill repeats. About 10% grade for 50 yards and backdown...

then on the way back, did a few surges....

easy run on trail...feeling stronger today

did some light cross training;

barbell complex- 3 sets

push up and pull up pyramids
KB swings

light stretching

legs and body felt good to get blood pumping again

each min on (outside on road) would try to get faster and slow run on the off minutes. I would go as fast as i could without causing undue harm
