Wife and I toured the Mount Royal Park. it had 256 stairs and a long steep street (.5 mile) leading up to the start. after the stairs was another steep hill to the terrace look out. took me 7 min to get to the bottom and 21 min to the top. total time with repeats was 1 hour.
I talked Linda in letting me get my hill training out of the way by doing the 256 stairs twice, running all the way back down into the city and running all the way up to the top! she was a good sport who also got a good sweaty workout herself!!
