strength and conditioning 40:00 [3]

Strength exercise (kuntopiiri) at school (P.E. lesson). Our P.E. teacher Jässi put us to do pretty "nice" exercise's at our lesson. In our exercise there were 2 leg movements (could me more), 4 middle body movements and 5 arm movements (little bit too many). After trainig my shoulders were pretty tired but otherwise I didn't feel any big fatigue.

I took controls to the "forest" (Tapanila) because there are tomorrow the last eveningorientering this year. So I ride with bike near to control places and then run/walked there. Total the trip was about 1 hour and 45 minutes but I think that I can only mark for total "training" 1 hour and 20 minutes wich includes 40 minutes biking and 40 minutes walking/running.

In sunday there is running "competition" in Kuivanto (Orimattila) so I decide to do training wich should get my legs little bit more sharp. First I run 15 minutes easy and then I run 10x1min intervals with 2 minutes "rebate" (30min total). Lastly I run again 15 minutes easy.

Nordic walking in Laaso (Messilä). I rise 5 times up the ski run of Laaso. I dindn't felt strong because I had been sick so I didn't do normal exercise (6 times up and liitle bit faster than today) in Laaso. My legs were unpowerful and I didn't manage to fight when I should have to. So exercise was little bit lame

First time at monday's (yhteis) run. My legs were tired after my yesterday's leaping exercise. Before running I had little bit headache, but I toucht that it had gone away and I decide to start to Urheilukeskus. While running I notice that I wasn't feeling normal and running felt pretty heavy. After training at home I felt realy tired and flu. I decide to measure my temperature and thermometer showed 38,3. So it wasn't wonder that running didn't felt so good.

Leaping (jumping) exercise near my fater's cottage. I think that my exercise was pretty pitiful looking, because I was tired, because i had carried almost tree hours firewoods in our cottage.

I like skiing but third exercise at "skipipe" was already boring and I'm almost happy to leave our hotel and "skipipe". Exercise was pretty common, nothing special.

Again skiing at "skipipe". Now exercise was little bit longer than yesterday and intensity was too little bit higher but just little bit. Still exercise was pretty short for ski exercise.

Autumn holiday in Leppävaara. My mom wanted to start skiing period now so we came to Leppävaara to ski in "skipipe" (skiing inside). First skiing exercise for a while so I started very slowly. Skiing felt very good and technique was good too.

Tuesday Oct 20, 2009 #

running 1:25:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:32 / km)

First i run 30 minutes with very slow tempo. After that i run 20 minutes almost as in a competition and finally i run 35 minutes (with very slow tempo again). Running felt ok although my legs were little pit sore after yesterday's training.

Strength exercise for my legs. I call this exercise to powerwalk. I think that this exercise is very effective and after exercise my legs were pretty tired.
