Nordic walking with my mother and Hapsu. We left at our home and went to liipola-renkomäki forest. We walked at many little stomping and little bit at forest too. I don't know how many kilometres our training was.

"Strength" training at Jalkaranta by Timpuri. Timpuri had add some map exercise's between our training and think that they were good (even if some of the maps were already used at same kind of training). Our strength training was like a circuit training. We also made running "technique".

I run to Jalkaranta's school where we (LS-37) have our strength trainings and floorball plays. It was pretty tough to run because it was snowing and there was already about 8 cm snow. That was the reason why I was so slow.

First time at our (LS-37) floorball session (at this "winter"). My play was awful. I was already little bit tired after running and of course I haven't played floorball at all so no wonder that game wasn't good. I made still good training day.

Leaping (jumping) exercise near my home. This leaping exercise was much better than the previous leaping exercise.

Warm up and down running before and after my leaping training. Running felt ok. Of course I didn't run fast but still running felt the best than anything other running after Kuivannon kymppi.

I decide to do strength training at gym so I run to the Saksala swimming bathsa and do training there. I do warm/up when run there and back home.

Strength training at Saksala swimming baths's gym. I did to 2 moves to legs, 3 to middle body and 2 to arms. I think that I made ok strength training and strength training is that what I need.

I decide to do recovering exercise, bacause yesterdays running was pretty tough. I wanted to do little bit over hour exercise but I was so beaten and tired when I run so I thought that 50 minutes is enough. Really running has ever felt this bad.
