Monday Jan 11, 2010 #

skiing skate 1:41:00 [3] 24.5 km (4:07 / km)
ahr:142 max:180

Today skiing felt much better than yesterday and the weather was brilliant so it was nice training today.

running 41:00 [3] 6.5 km (6:18 / km)
ahr:144 max:187

Running after skiing. I did couple of short sprints while running and that why heart rates are so high.

Sunday Jan 10, 2010 #

skiing classic 56:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:05 / km)

I had planned to ski an hour and after that run 30 minutes, but the training felt so AWFUL that I decede to do little bit shorter training today. Little worried about my condition belong the training because after so easy week training felt so awful. I hope that feeling is from my fridays strength training even than sickness or something like that.

skiing classic 1:06:00 [2] 12.0 km (5:30 / km)

Easy skiing with my mother. About 6 short harder parts, that is why heart rates are so "high".
