Finlandia loppet and now in skate style. I skied with my cousin Joni. Begining was really slow and we were pretty much last in our start group. Our speed got faster and faster all time and we caugth hundres of skiiers. I skied all time on front of some line and some parts of the track about 10-15 skiier followed us (me first and Joni behind me). Avg heart rate get little bit higher than I was expected because the skiing felt easy excluding the last 7.5 kms when my legs were pretty sore, but ofcourse we had to past many skiiers and that was heavy...
P.s. Again little bit too little hours when I am thinking about my this week goal

Nice skiing exercise at Finlandia loppet. I skied little bit faster than I was planned and expected. Grip wasn't good and about 15 kilometres I ski with out any grip. Good start to 30h/9d, but I could skied slower and then I had had even better start to the my goal (30h/9d) =) =D

My friend asked me to gym after school and I decede to go, but I did only middle and upper body because today, I have about 8 kilometres 'job' today...

Exercise cycling at home. There had come so much snow in the outside that not going to skiing today.
