Cycling to Tapanila. I was in hurry and started fast but, because I started cold my legs were immidiately full of lactic acid (maitohappoa)... I was at Tapanila just after 10 o'clock (maybe 30s) and there was nobody, but Paxis bike (He had left under minute ago and then we didn't meet while training even if we saw all the same things (Timpuri with his athletes and fire truck middle of the forest). After running we meet at Tapanila
