Running to Saksala gym and back... My tighs were really sore when I run back and because of that running felt awful...

Don't know how I manage to do so long strength training with that kind of intensity... To the beginning about 30min middle body, little bit over 30min legs/tighs and for the end maybe about 26min upper body...
