Little bit less training than had planned for this week (SNIFF!), because of "coach studying" at weekend and cold temperature made some changees to trainings. Next week little bit easier and then doing same tests than national teams and then to the POM!!!!

Walking at snow... Almost half a training walking up and down really steep hill, which was really tough for muscles. The hill was so steep that with snow I had to go much with four-"wheel" drive :D
Maybe little bit grazy, but good training... :)
Running technique and leaps and jumps etc. at Sport centers running straigth... Skip or did differently couple of moves because gonna run 5000m at wednesday noon at Pajulahti (alternative "test", because it is going to be "too" cold to run our test run outside)
