Oisko huomen Pajulahteen tulijoita? :D Ite aikomuksena tehdä juoksutekniikka/koordinaatioharjoitus (ehkä 30min) ja sitten juosta jotain reipasta (aerobisen kynnyksen huitteilla, 30-45min) ja verkat tietenkin lisäks.
