Jukola2017 second leg 14.3km...

Huge dissapointment.
Basic my start bit slow in the first 15min... Also not doing the first leg perfectly, missing like 10+20+20s during the leg, also a bit unsure going to the 2nd one.

After that taking the control and had a good touch, feeling quite strong in uphills and could push well on those. Quite good 20min period.

About in 40minutes started to feel really bad, was couple of times close to throw up, even tried it, but couldn't... Couldn't follow any one in the forest and made also a big mistake during the worst period of my stomach. The end was only suffering and trying to get to the finnish somehow ok. Couple bad routechoises also in the end.

Model event to the north of Jukola area (Aaronmäki), including 2x5min middle distance race speed to open my body after taking a easy week. Feeling ok, concentrating bit too much to push fast, so not that fluent orienteering

Mass start training in Tiirismaa... Took it very well to the first one and see noone in my control... Then was doing ok speed, missing lot to 4th. Hoping some one to catch me and manage on that when missing bit on 6th - Tatu and Seppo close there. Pushing what needed to keep in front, quite ok feeling, could have done lot faster, but feeling that maybe not smart now
