Started with the plan to do the same training than last sunday... Totally different guy running than then. Heart rates about 10 lower with the same pace, so increased the pace. Still heart rates lower than on sunday.
The feeling in the morning wasn't that different between this two days. Elite HRV gave much better rate in the morning... Maybe it knows something.
