how long will it take for all of us to be wearing one of these Orienteering. The type of data you could get back on what you are actually doing (instead of what you think you are doing/did) would be immense.

Trail/Orienteering/Running (UL ) 41:46 [3] 7.02 km (5:57 / km)

Aerobic Run
Around campus during break in lectures. Nice run except it was a bit short. Slippy silt along riverbank towards Annacotty and storm damage made the trail impassable just past by the metal bridge, past the castle. Would have been fine if wearing studded shoes. Ridiculous amount of full 20m trees hanging from other trees 6 to 8 feet in the air.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Had a brilliant physiology lecture by Jakeman - 2.5 hrs basically on the Fick Equation & how all the secrets of training lies within it. Train to improve the 4 restrictions and you will become what you want.
V.O2 is acomplete red herring - Paula R's V.O2 didn't change over 15 years of training.

College Practical (Lots of crawling ) 45:00 [2]
shoes: Vivobarefoot

Team sports module - making up our own game. Lots of crawling and generally on my hands on the ground chasing a ball.
45mins of the 2 hours were spent doing.

Aerobic Run
No S&C tomorrow, so will start to up the distances of runs to 10 or 12km & increase Ave HR by 10-15 bpm for the weeks ahead in April. Will keep time about the same - 60 per run/7 hours per week, with mileage up to 70/80 kmpw.

10 Physiology papers downloaded to read for tomorrow. 1 on Paula R's numbers, that should be interesting, the rest not so much.
Got my 2nd choice Thesis project title. Got the Hydration study, presume we will be looking at Milk/diary products since i'm working with Philly J. Ethics to be in by mid April.
Choices for Placements in July/Aug are 1)SWI; 2)DEN; 3)FIN; & 4)Galway.......All Olympic Fed physiology Depts (except Galway)
Two Video Analysis projects deadline extended by a week. Good. WIll try and clear my desk of some of the outstanding O work from my desk, HA! I crack myself up, finish the O work !!

Rowing 44:48 [4] 10.0 km (4:29 / km)
shoes: Vivobarefoot

Two bloody blisters, one on each hand. hands are going soft, must be from all the oil being using recently. Kinda pushed the last Km to make sure I got under 4mins.
Did a warm up of showing V the machines she should be using and which she never needs to touch.
