Orienteering race (Leinster Champs!) 1:02:00 [4] *** 4.2 km (14:46 / km)

really bad... so slow (walked up almst every hill) and screwed up so many times... controls 1,2,6,7,8,9. was hard!!! won though! yipee

trying to buildup speed but i dont really know how to do this intervals thing... was doing 1 min sprints/ fast run but that seemed a bit easy?... anyone want to offer advice, would be appreciaited.. ! :)

gonna start looging ma training again!!! cos im lonely without attackpoint :)
havent trained all week though as they LOCKED UP MY STUD WHERE I RUN!!! with a HUGE gate and BARBED WIRE ... so dont know what i will do next winter! and during the week!

Orienteering (training on curragh) 1:10:00 [4] *** 9.5 km (7:22 / km)

run with no mmap from lumville to rugby club, a few hills then to the hill with the forest on top and the little tower thingy... from there did about 10 controls with a map that colm made... down to bun hill, across the road, lots more , then back to lumville with no map again. control flow was really bad even though it was open... got lost on way home when i had no map, ended up in the middle of the golf course! :0 bout 9.5 km, i think??!???? could have been longer!
